Did you know that the first that the first Olympics was hosted by Greece? The five races were the foot race, the long jump, discus and javelin and a wrestling match. It was introduced in 708 B.C. Even though the Olympics started in Greece it took 1503 years for it to come back to the Athens,Greece. It was from 776 B.C. through 393 AD. The man who was responsible of is was Baron Pierre de Coubertin who started the idea in 1894.

  1. I did know that the first Olympics was hosted by Greece. I think I would be good at the foot race because I am good at running. I bet that Baron Pierre de Coubertin's ideas made him famous. I think I wouldn't be good at javelin and wrestling because I can't throw that long of a stick and I am not good at wrestling people. What things in the Olympics would you be good at.
